Kjersti Lien

I am employed by Marin Helse AS and in my work I divide my time between the office and being out in the field. The days where I am working outside, I am usually on an aquaculture facility. Here I speak with the staff at the facility, examine the fish and take samples if needed. I also like to participate when they have their weekly counting of sea lice. The days in the office are mostly used for writing reports after a visit to an aquaculture facility. I also spend a lot of time working on minimizing the level of salmon lice in general.
What I like the most about my job is that it’s so varied and I get to be outdoors on a daily basis.
