My day usually starts around 8 AM. A significant part of my day is spent keeping in touch with the various actors and markets Norway exports salmon and trout to. \nSalmon and trout are exported to over 100 countries, so my job involves a lot of traveling. \nOn my travels I meet importers, advertising agencies, journalists, chefs and people in grocery chains. \nI think it`s interesting seing how other countries use salmon in the meals.<\/p>\n What I like most about my job is the people I interact with. Both my colleagues and all the dedicated people who work in and around the seafood industry. The job also feels extra meaningful because I work so closely with what I want to call the taste of Norway.<\/p>\n <\/td><\/tr><\/tbody><\/table><\/div>
